Galatians

The apostle Paul expresses his concern that the Galatian churches are turning away from the true gospel and warns them that anyone who preaches a different gospel should be cursed. He shares his personal experience of being called by God and emphasizes that justification comes through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works of the law. Paul rebukes the Galatians for relying on works of the law for justification and reminds them that Christ redeemed believers from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for them. He warns them against returning to their former enslavement to the law and instead encourages them to walk by the Spirit, producing love, joy, and other virtues. Paul also emphasizes the importance of faith working through love and reminds believers that they will reap what they sow, whether it be corruption from the flesh or eternal life from the Spirit.
